Sand Castle – Islands Magazine May Issue

Azores Islands ParaglidingThis post is a little bit late but I’ve been at sea so I’ve been out of touch for a bit. I am honored to have another image in this months issue of Islands Magazine from a photo shoot I did for Niviuk paragliders in Mozambique last year. We discovered a 17 mile sand dune that had never been flown before. It was an amazing trip and I’m psyched.

Niviuk Photo shoot

Azores Islands ParaglidingAfter being away for the last 6 months I have worked on some pretty cool projects in some really cool places. The latest one was a photo shoot for Niviuk Paragliders while I was in Mozambique. We found this amazing 17mile dune that had never been flown before. It turned out to be an amazing few days. Visions of Mozambique – Photographed from a Paraglider

Mozambique paragliding in the Bazaruto ArchipelagoThis past week I have been sailing in the Bazaruto Archipelago in Mozambique. It is truly a beautiful maze of turquoise water  and sand. Both above and below the water. I have been sailing now for about 6 years and this has been one of the most beautiful spots we’ve seen. As a result I decided to take a peak of what the view looks like from the air. My partner and I are both paraglider pilots so as a result we have a tow winch on-board our boat that enables us to tow up to a few thousand feet above the ground and then release and fly around the sky. Check out what the Bazaruto Archipelago looks like from 3,000 ft.
